However successful your business is today, your success might become outdated unless you are continuously innovative. However unsuccessful, you might be today you can still become very successful, if you will be innovative. Mastering the art of innovation is the secret to remain perpetually at the top of the success ladder. Have you ever wondered why many big institutions that were front runners in their industries or fields thirty to forty years ago have lost their positions on most indices to the new ones that started the race within the last twenty years? The former reused to innovate but the later embraced the art and science of innovation.

What is innovation? It simply means to make necessary changes, to introduce new ideas, method, systems and techniques of increasing proficiency, effectiveness and efficiency. To become successful in business ( or in anything ), you only need to improve your systems, introduce a better ideas than your competitors and continuously surpass your clients expectations. All these are innovations.

You can only be innovative if you have aspiration to reach the summit of your career. Aspiration is a product of genuine thirst and desire to leave a lasting legacy behind. Anyone who doses not aspire to bequeath a "standing" legacy behind has not discovered his purpose in life or he does not have the required willpower to strive for greatness.
You need to aspire in that your line of business endeavour to be the best. Then pursue your aspirations. To sustain the tempo of your aspiration, you must keep bringing out innovative solutions to get more done at the shortest possible time. if you want to be ahead, you must use your head to think ahead.

Innovation is the greatest secret of all human advancement. Innovation is power. You cannot continue to do as you are doing and expect changes. That means you cannot continue to be at the top if you are not innovator. If you can out-think your competitor you will remain on top of them all.

Aspiration is the starting point of innovation. Aspiring individuals and not necessarily talented Individuals are always making impact. That is why people with great minds are respected all over the world. They bring out newer methods, cheaper and more efficient ways of getting thing done. Where you now might be good, but there is still a better place. Even if you are the number one in your organization or institution, you can still do something new, if you aspire enough. it is the atmosphere of aspiration that breeds innovation.
Despite what was perceived as obvious disadvantage even among African Americans, Barack Obama today is the top contender for the United State presidency because of his aspiration to bring about innovative changes to American life. The message of Obama is the message of change, and the introduction of positive changes is the art of innovation.

It is important to note that divine inspiration is the basis of every genuine aspiration. Whenever you are truly inspired, you will aspire. The aim of this write-up is to aspire you for greater advancement in your career or business endeavour. You can be inspired if you separate yourself to ponder on the facts you read in this piece.

What are your aspirations in life? What legacy do you want to bequeath to the next generation? As for me I want to motivate you that the sky is not even your limit, you are limitless! You can achieve all your aspirations. Jesus did. Apostle Paul did, Nelson Mandela Did, and Martin Luther did after his demise. Abraham Lincoln struggled in the midst of great challenges to become a president. Obama can. Great achievement is the product of successful aspiration.
There is no obstacle strong enough to stop you if you can be truly inspired to aspire for greatness. It is only you who can stop yourself. The force that is urging you to aspire is the God-factor. Therefore, can anyone stop the manifestation of God in your life?

To be gainfully employed is not all there is to life. Why not start that project and ultimately own your own company, whereby, your entire bills are borne by your corporation? There is an obvious and unique skills yearning for expression in you. You must impart that your gift to the world. You must grow beyond your present level.

The factor for innovation
The God-factor that is demonstrated in your attitude, summed up, as a product of inspiration and demonstrated in determination, focus, faith and persistence is the wisdom for innovation.

1 Determination means you have made up your mind you must succeed. Determination alone is omnipotent. It is stronger that ability or strength. Have you ever considered the high level of determination exhibited by the young ruddy David to have brought down Goliath? David was so determined despite his little physical stature compared to his foe, yet he ran towards the Giant and conquered him (1 Samuel 17 vs. 51).

2 Focus. If you know were you are going in this life, your problem is half solved. If your destination is clear enough, your focus will be strong enough to get you there. Focus is simply to concentrate your intellectual acumen to the achievement of your goal. The force of focus is the pathway to distinction. George S. Patton (1885-1945) demonstrated immense focus and determination from his youth to become a General of the United State army.

3. Faith. The demonstration of faith simply means your strong conviction that despite contrary situations and obvious challenges, you are still convinced beyond reasonable doubt that you will succeed in that project and get to the top where you belong. At a time when the world was skeptical about flying: the unwavering faith of the Wright Brothers enabled them invented the airplane in 1903.

4. Persistence means to keep on keeping on. It means to keep working it until it works. It means to tune your back to failure and criticism to face your calling squarely. I see you making it as you properly combine these factors.
